Samsung Galaxy Note email configuration

To setup your email account on your Samsung Galaxy Note device, follow these steps.
Depending on the version of your os, the settings may vary from those below.

1. Touch Applications

2. Touch Email

3. Enter your Email Address. (note: If an email has already been created, do the following. Touch Menu, Touch Settings, Touch Add Account, enter your email address)

4. Enter your password

5. Touch Pop3 account

6. Enter your email address into the username field

7. Enter your password into the password field

8. Enter pop.2000cn.com.au into the Pop3 Server field

9. Touch the drop down list for "Security Type" and choose None

10. Touch the field Port and enter 110.

11. Touch the drop down list "Delete Email from Server" and choose either Never or When I delete from Inbox

12. Touch next

13. Enter filter.spamfreemail.com.au into the SMTP Server field

14. Touch the drop down list for "Security Type" and choose TLS

15. Touch the field Port and enter 587

16. Check the Require Sign-in check box

17. Touch next

18. Touch the drop down list "Peak Schedule" and choose never or the required period

19. Touch the drop down list "Off-Peal Schedule" and choose never or the required period

20. Check the Sync Email check box

21. Check the Notify me when email arrives to turn it on or uncheck it to turn it off

22. Touch next

23. Enter an account name. eg: you email address

24. Enter your name in the "Your Name" field

25. Touch done
