To upload your website, use an ftp client such as filezilla, flashfxp or wsftp and use your domain name as the host, eg: www.example.com.au, and the username and password which was provided. The preferred ftp mode is passive mode. Once you are connected to the server, you will see a directory called example.com and inside this directory will be two other directories called docs and cgi-bin. This docs directory is for you to place your website in. If you place files outside of this directory they will not be visible to the internet
