This article is designed for end users who want to change their own email password. Administrators who wish to change many email passwords should see the article titled "How to add or remove email accounts".
If you would like to change your email password, you can do so through the webmail interface which is accessable from the 2000 Computers & Networks Pty Ltd home page.
1. Login to the webmail interface from the 2000 Computers & Networks Pty Ltd home page or browse directly to the webmail page at https://webmail.2000cn.com.au
2. Once logged in, click on Settings in the left hand menu of the screen.
3. Under Settings, click on Account and then click on Password in the right hand menu.
4. Enter your existing password into the Current Password field, then enter your new password into the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
Note the strength indicator next to New Password should be green, which indicates that your password is strong and hard to guess.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.
5. Click Save. If everything went well and your password is accepted, you will see the successful messgae in the lower right of your screen.
Otherwise you will get an error message informing you why it failed, in which case, you can go back to step 4 and try again.
