Below is a list of settings required to connect to our mail server for users who are familiar with setting up their email client.

SMTP Server - filter.spamfreemail.com.au or smtp.2000cn.com.au Port: 587 with STARTTLS, or Port: 465 with SSL
POP3S Server - pop.2000cn.com.au Port: 995 (SSL Protected. Recommended if you use POP3)
IMAPS Server - imap.2000cn.com.au Port: 993 (SSL Protected. Recommended if you use IMAP)
User Name - Use your email address as your user name
Password - Use the password provided by us or set by you or your administrator

Please be aware that new versions of Outlook and some other mail clients will only support secure connections like those above. The below settings are left here for historical purposes and we do not recommend that you use these as they are not secure.

POP3 Server - pop.2000cn.com.au Port: 110
IMAP Server - imap.2000cn.com.au Port: 143
